What’s a pupusa?
El Salvador’s national dish: a thick, hand-patted corn tortilla stuffed with cheese, beans, pork or vegetables and cooked on a hot griddle until golden. Ours come three to an order with curtido, a tangy cabbage slaw, and homemade salsa, and every one is gluten-free.
